Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. After placing your order, your order will be sent to our processing management system.

Delivery times: 

Once Lake Tanganyika Fishes receives your order, the courier will be booked to deliver your items. Estimate shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on the mode of the courier and item purchased.

Unattended deliveries:

Once your order has been delivered to the location you have specified, Lake Tanganyika Fishes is not responsible for any damage or theft to your order. We recommended that you store it appropriately as soon as you receive it. 

For all frozen goods:

We will ensure it is transported at a suitable temperature to keep it as frozen as possible, however once it has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for your order.

Frozen Goods:

Delivery mode: All frozen goods are delivered via Courier and will be transported in the appropriate temperature i.e. frozen transport for all frozen goods.

WA Deliveries:

We can only send dried non-perishable items through Australia Post. but If you would like frozen goods, we can only send by Pallet. We cannot send individual frozen boxes to WA due to the model of courier we use.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lake Tanganyika Fishes.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number or receipt number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. The investigation can take up to an estimated 12 business days and we must allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action into the whereabouts of the order

NB: Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
